Cashpoints
Ideapark has two cashpoints which are conveniently located either side of the Central Park.
Easy Access
Ideapark has three wheelchairs reserved for customer use, available from the Info
Centres (at the A and D entrances). You are able to borrow a wheelchair free of charge, but you
will be asked to produce a valid form of ID.
There are also four electric scooters available at the Info Centres (two at either end). It
is possible to hire these scooters (5 € / 2 hr) but they are available free of charge to those with
an official Disability Card.
Lippupiste
The Info Centres at Ideapark also sell tickets for Lippupiste. The ticket sale is open during
Ideapark Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm.
Lockers and Cloakrooms
Ideapark provides 100 larger and 500 smaller lockers for the convenient storage of coats,
clothes and other articles. The lockers are located next to the lavatories.
Loos and Childcare Facilities
There are five clusters of toilets (including those for the disabled) and three childcare
facilities located on the ground floor at Ideapark. There are two additional toilets upstairs on
the second floor.
